A: It depends on the total voltage and watts of solar panels you choose. As long as the solar panels use MC4 connector and its voltage and current are under 11-100V, 10A max range.
Q: What is the Max Input for DELTA Max?
A: When charging DELTA Max and its extra battery together, you can reach 3600W max charging speeds by combining any two methods of AC, solar and Smart Generator. For DELTA Max single unit, you can recharge it at standard wall outlets (1800W max), or combine AC and solar charging to reach max 2000W charging speeds.
Q: How doe the Emergency Supply (EPS) work? And how fast is it?
A: When your portable power station is plugged into the wall, any electronics plugged into it are powered from the grid and not its battery. When power from the grid stops, as in a blackout, the power station automatically switches to battery power within 30ms.
Q: What's the water resistance rating for this product?
A: DELTA Max is not water-resistance, so it should be kept away from liquids. Or if you're looking for water-resistance solution, you can purchase the DELTA Max case to water-resistance protection.

A) Portable solar panels are an extremely effective, clean, and renewable way to charge a portable power station. EcoFlow 400W portable solar panels have a larger wattage than typical solar panels and are more efficient due to their monocrystalline cells. Spring up to four 400W portable solar panels and use with a DELTA Pro portable power station for input of 1600W. Additionally, EcoFlow portable power stations use an MPPT algorithm that ensures a constant energy supply. Unlike static solar panels, portable solar panels are easily moved and adjusted depending on where the sun is in the sky.
Q)Where do you place portable solar panels?
A) Positioning portable solar panels at an angle between 30-45 degrees, facing the direction of the sun, is best. EcoFlow portable solar panels have a built-in stand that can be adjusted, depending on where the sun is in the sky.
Q) Which portable solar panels are best for camping?
A) Solar panels that are portable, foldable, and lightweight are the best kind for camping. Pair one with a portable power station and string up to 4 together for immediate power that is clean, green, and renewable.
Q) What should I do if my solar panel isn't charging my portable power station?
A) 1. Please note that solar panels must be placed outdoors. They cannot charge a power station if placed indoors without exposure to sunlight.
2. Check whether there is a connection issue and then try again.
3. Confirm whether the input voltage and amperage match the specification of the portable power station. Also, check whether the positive and negative terminals are connected in reverse.
4. Check the display for error prompts and resolve the issue accordingly.
5. Third-party cables longer than 3 meters should have a wiring harness with a diameter of 6.5 mm and a wire diameter of 4 mm², otherwise there will be no input power on the display screen.
6. If the solar panel still does not work properly after trying the above steps, connect the portable power station to a car outlet using the XT60 port. Contact after-sales for help and send a video of the steps you have carried out.

A) Charging power is affected by the strength and angle of the light. To increase output power, choose a time of day when the sunlight is strongest (hours around noon), and keep the solar panel positioned 90° to the sun. Try not to use the solar panel on cloudy days or in shaded areas.

A) When storing the solar panels, be careful to fold the solar panels and then put them in the bag with the junction box and wiring harness facing upward.

Cancellations:
We want you to be HAPPY! Please reach out prior to ordering so we can help you make a great purchase decision. We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers but if you decide you no longer want your item after it has shipped, you can request a full refund within 24 hrs after placing your order. If you request a cancellation after 24 hrs and before delivery, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and a transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, and 2.9% for Shop Pay users) plus shipping for delivery and return. Orders purchased greater than 30 days can not be cancelled.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. Return service is only available for US orders. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at 980-758-0075 or email [email protected] to register return and receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and directions for the return. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA. You may be charged a 25% restocking fee, delivery fee may be deducted from your return, and you may be responsible for shipping your return, based on individual manufacturer policies.
